UF Levin College of Law, in partnership with UF Hamilton School for Classical and Civic Education hosted History vs. Originalism – An America 250 Event featuring Dr. Jonathan Gienapp (Stanford University).

Jonathan Gienapp is Associate Professor of History and Law and the Nehal and Jenny Fan Raj Civics Faculty Fellow in Undergraduate Teaching at Stanford University. His most recent book is Against Constitutional Originalism: A Historical Critique (Yale, 2024).

Dr. Gienapp was joined by UF Law Professor Hamilton Center Senior Fellow, John F. Stinneford
