Advanced Legal Research
Course Number: LAW 6798 Credits: 1
This one-credit course expands on the foundational legal research skills learned in the first-year research class and introduces students to other areas of research such as administrative law research, legislative history, and dockets. The emphasis of the course is on federal materials. By the end of the course, students will be able to identify, locate, and evaluate legal sources across multiple branches of government. This course meets during the first seven weeks of the semester.
