Intro to the U.S. Legal System

This course is designed to give an overview of the American Legal System, as well as introduce foreign-educated lawyers to U.S. legal education and professionalism. This course will provide fundamental principles of U.S. law.

Prerequisites:

• Open to LL.M. in U.S. Law, LL.M. in Tax, or LL.M. in International Tax program students only.
