Finding a Place to Live

As a true college-town, Gainesville follows a predictable movement of residents. There are plenty of rental units in the Gainesville area and close to campus. Prices of rental units vary to match its amenities. We encourage you to live close to campus. The Levin College of Law does not endorse any particular apartment complex, however; listed below are some possible resources for students who are beginning their housing search.

The University of Florida Housing and Residence Life has various apartment complexes on campus for graduate students and students with families. These apartments vary from one to two bedrooms as well as flat and town-house units.
