Insight and Innovation at the 18th Annual International Conference on Contracts

The University of Florida Levin College of Law welcomed distinguished scholars and practitioners from more than 50 institutions around the world for the 18th Annual International Conference on Contracts (KCON XVIII) from February 19-21, 2026. This premier global academic event is the largest dedicated conference on contract law.

This year, participants represented leading universities such as Boston University, Columbia University, University of Hong Kong, University of Kansas, Louisiana State University, Maastricht University, University of Maryland, Michigan State University, University of Mississippi, Northwestern University, University of Notre Dame, University of Pittsburgh, Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, St. John’s University, University at Albany-SUNY, Texas A&M University, University of Toronto, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, University of Washington, University of Wyoming, and many others.

During the conference, attendees engaged in vibrant discussions on foundational principles, regulatory challenges, contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and groundbreaking topics including AI in contract drafting and the evolving digital contract landscape.
