Environmental Moot Court


Course Number: LAW 6930 Credits: 1-4

The Environmental Moot Court team competes each year in the Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. This competition is an opportunity for students to practice their legal research, writing, and oral argument skills. Participating in Environmental Moot Court also helps students network with practicing attorneys and differentiate their resumé to stand out among applicants for environmental law positions. The course is graded on a Satisfactory (S), Unsatisfactory (U) basis. Four credits is the maximum amount allowed for any combination of co-curricular activities, including journals and competition teams.
