This course provides a practical introduction to how legal reasoning, research, and writing function in professional environments outside of traditional legal practice. The course begins with instruction on how to engage in solid legal analysis as a pathway to competent legal writing. In this course, students are equipped with the skills needed to understand, analyze, and communicate about legal issues in a non-legal workplace.
