Introduction to Business Entity Taxation

This course will provide an introduction to the federal income tax principles governing business entities, including corporations, “S” corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. The course compares, at a general level, the federal income tax differences that apply to the entities and their owners at key times in the lifecycle of business entities.
