Professor Donna Eng teaches Legal Writing I and II and Pre-Trial Practice at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She also serves as the Faculty Advisor to the UF Law Moot Court Team.
Professor Eng’s scholarship and presentations focus on the pedagogy of Legal Writing and citations and the need for an evolving Legal Writing curriculum to prepare students for the NextGen Bar Exam, which will be required to practice law in Florida beginning in July 2028.
Professor Eng joined UF Law after practicing for twenty-six years in the State of Florida. During her last nine years in practice, Professor Eng was Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice.
