UF Law students engage in journals, competition teams, and other student organizations to broaden their legal experience, build community, and enrich life beyond the classroom.
Competition Teams
- Environmental Moot Court Team
A student-run organization that explores environmental law issues and competes each year in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition at Pace Law School in New York. - Florida ADR Team
Founded in 2011, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team develops students’ negotiation and advocacy skills through co-curricular competitions and training. - Florida Moot Court Team
Governed by the Justice Campbell Thornal Executive Board, the team competes in intramural, state, and national appellate advocacy competitions. - Florida Tax Moot Court Team
Focused on tax law and related issues, the team competes in intramural, state, and national appellate competitions. - International Commercial Arbitration Moot (ICAM)
Represents UF Law each spring in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot, competing against law schools from around the world. - Trial Team
Competes in intramural, state, regional, and national trial advocacy competitions organized by courts, firms, and professional associations.

A student-run journal providing resources on legal and business issues in the entertainment and sports industries. - Florida Journal of International Law
Publishes student- and scholar-authored works on public and private international law topics from a global perspective. - Florida Law Review
A leading student-edited journal publishing articles by legal scholars and selected student works. - Florida Tax Review
One of only a few faculty-edited academic law reviews, publishes articles, essays, and book reviews by leading legal academics, practitioners, and economists. - Journal of Technology Law and Policy
Focuses on the legal and policy dimensions of technology issues, publishing up to twice yearly. - University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy
An interdisciplinary journal addressing the public policy implications of legal issues, published three times per year.
