Mike Farley
Assistant Dean for Student Life & Events
Michael Farley is currently UF Law’s Assistant Dean for Student Life and Events after previously serving six years as the law school’s Executive Director of Development and Alumni Affairs. In his current role, he manages the school’s student activities, campus programming, and facilities departments. Mike graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from Indiana University. He has worked on college campuses for more than three decades including leadership roles at major universities and two other law schools. Dean Farley can be reached at farley@law.ufl.edu.

Meagan Dickson
Assistant Director of Student Life
Meagan Dickson joins UF Law after working nine years supporting students through the Office of Student Life at Seminole State College, a two-year institution. Also, the State Advisor for the Florida College System Student Government Association (FCSSGA), where she oversaw the entire division within the Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA), advised the Student Government officers and advisors within the Great 28 (the 28 State and Community Colleges). Throughout her professional career, she has strongly advocated for students, providing guidance, support, and fostering a sense of community through campus activities, Student Government, and Leadership Retreats. Meagan graduated from Fort Hays State University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Masters of Science in Education- Higher Education Student Affairs. Before attending graduate school, Meagan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Pre-Law. Meagan can be reached at dickson@law.ufl.edu.
