Accepting Your Offer

We are delighted you have chosen the University of Florida Levin College of Law for your legal studies! If you are prepared to accept our offer of admission, you may secure your seat now by submitting the LL.M. Enrollment Form and paying the $200 non-refundable deposit.

Next Steps

After you submit your Enrollment Form and pay the $200 Seat Deposit, you will be sent a “Next Steps” email.

Below are a few items to complete in the meantime to make sure your enrollment goes smoothly!

Health Insurance

All entering students are required to purchase the University’s Student Health Insurance Plan unless proof of comparable coverage is provided. Students are required to show proof of adequate health insurance as a condition of enrollment. More information, including insurance coverage guidelines, frequently asked questions, and how to submit one’s insurance information can be found at http://studentinsurance.shcc.ufl.edu.

Proof of Immunization

The University of Florida, in compliance with Florida Statute (1006.69) and Florida Administrative Code (6C-6.001-5), requires that all new students show proof of immunization prior to registering for classes. A University of Florida immunization form must be completed and returned to the University’s Student Health Care Center prior to registration. Students will not be allowed to register without proof of immunization. The University of Florida will accept State of Florida immunization records issued by local health departments and doctor’s offices. Tax Events & Organizations

All students enrolled in the Graduate Tax program are invited to attend any and all events held on the Florida Law campus. Remote access is provided for these events where feasible. Annual events on campus include:

  • Tax Colloquium Speaker Series
  • International Tax Symposium
  • Ellen Bellet Gelberg Tax Policy Event
  • Florida Tax Institute
  • Group Photos & Socials
  • Pathways to Tax Practice, including “Big 4” Event

International Students

After you are admitted, Florida Law will request a Form I-20 for you. The International Center at UF will then contact you and provide the information and guidance required for obtaining the necessary visa. Declining Your Offer
